Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program
• Current LCSW license in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed and patient-centered care

Responsibilities
This role provides direct clinical services through individual and group therapy, supporting patients managing a wide range of behavioral health concerns. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. The LCSW works closely with a multidisciplinary team and community resources to deliver integrated, high-quality care. Participation in team meetings and contribution to quality improvement initiatives is part of the regular workflow.
