Join our dedicated Med/Surg team as a Registered Nurse, where you’ll deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in collaboration with Providers, the Acute Care Director, and Charge Nurse. In this essential role, you’ll apply your nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients. Position Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience: Prior Med/Surg or Pediatric Nursing experience is preferred, though not required.
  • Licensure: Must hold a current Montana RN license.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required within six months of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Collaborate with Providers, Acute Care Director, and Charge Nurse to deliver patient-focused care.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Provide patient and family education to support health and recovery.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
