Psychiatric Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities Overview:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and track patient progress regularly.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.

- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Use de-escalation techniques to assist patients in crisis situations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN or ASN).
- Active RN license in Montana.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification.
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse certification (PMH-BC) is a plus.
