Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Montana. As a Med-Surg RN, providing high-quality care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and communicate updates to the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med-Surg nursing.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
