Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing nursing care to patients in various units within the hospital, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, and more.
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, and reporting changes to the registered nurse or physician.
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
5. Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
6. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
7. Providing education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

1. Current Montana LPN license.
2. CPR and BLS certification.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Compassionate and patient-centered care approach.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
6. Previous hospital experience preferred.
