Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to determine their specific needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with various mental health issues.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or psychiatric emergencies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors, to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience in clinical social work, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
