Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily blood bank operations, including staff management and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Implement and optimize blood bank policies and procedures
• Lead blood collection, testing, and storage processes with precision and care
• Coordinate with hospital departments to maintain an adequate blood supply
• Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of blood bank or transfusion service experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A passion for patient care and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
