  6. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.
  7. Emergency Response: Collaborate with emergency response teams to develop and implement effective strategies for handling acute situations, ensuring a swift and coordinated response.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  2. Current state licensure and certification in a relevant healthcare discipline.
  3. Proven experience in acute care management within a hospital setting.
  4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
  7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
