Speech Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our healthcare team and provide specialized care in speech-language pathology. If you are passionate about enhancing patients’ communication abilities and quality of life, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech assessments and evaluate communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and diagnostic findings.
  • Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders and effective treatment options.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment protocols to optimize patient outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
