Lab Director Responsibilities

This position includes managing staff with flexible shifts and hours. The Lab Director will be responsible for directing technical activities, developing department policies, directing the quality programs to maintain high-quality diagnostic testing, and ensuring all lab activities comply with regulations. Supervisory responsibilities.

Lab Director Requirements

Bachelor's degree, MT-ASAP certification, 1-3 years + experience in high-complexity testing. Qualified Candidates will have a minimum of 1 + year experience in management, and strong communication, and writing skills.
