Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care for patients, including assessment, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create and execute individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families about their treatment plans, recovery goals, and self-care strategies
- Accurately document patient care and treatment in electronic health records (EHR)
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies and changes in patient conditions
- Maintain a compassionate approach in delivering care, supporting patients through their recovery and medical journeys
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams
- Ability to manage multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced environment
