In this role, you’ll assess patients’ needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that restore strength, mobility, and confidence. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to provide holistic care and track progress toward recovery goals. You’ll also empower patients and caregivers with the knowledge they need to continue their improvement at home—because your impact doesn't end when the session does.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and an active PT license in Missouri. Specialized certifications are a bonus, but what really matters is your ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and bring heart and energy to your care.
