Athletic Trainer – Full-Time

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled athletic trainer to join our healthcare team. This role supports injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation for athletes and active individuals in clinical and school-based settings. You’ll collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, coaches, and patients to promote safe physical activity and support fast, effective recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services for local schools, sports teams, and community events
• Evaluate injuries and implement treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Educate athletes and patients on injury-prevention techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with care teams
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or a related field
• Certified by the BOC (Board of Certification)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
