To thrive in this role, you'll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or something closely related. If you’re already certified as an MLT through ASCP, AMT, or a similar organization, that’s great—but if you’re eligible and working toward certification, we’d still love to meet you. What matters most is a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.
