Bring Clarity to Every Image in a Region That Blends Natural Calm with Modern Care

If you’re a Radiologic Technologist looking to align your skills with purpose, this is your invitation to thrive in a community that values both clinical excellence and personal well-being. You’ll be joining a compassionate care team that understands the difference a clear image can make — not only in diagnosis, but in a patient’s confidence and comfort. From routine chest X-rays to more complex imaging for urgent care, you’ll be the calm in the moment and the clarity behind the care.

Here, you’ll do more than press buttons — you’ll play an active, hands-on role in the patient experience, helping individuals feel safe, seen, and supported through every scan. Whether you’re working with a seasoned physician or helping a child stay still for their very first image, your presence matters — and it’s deeply appreciated.

Where Healing Happens in Harmony With the Landscape

There’s a special stretch of land just west of the Twin Cities where winding trails lead to lakeside views and neighbors still wave to one another. It’s where golden prairie grasses give way to dense oak forests, and weekend farmers markets sit alongside award-winning breweries and family-run diners. In this part of Central Minnesota, life moves at a balanced pace — never too rushed, never too still. It’s the kind of place that’s close enough to downtown culture when you want it, yet far enough to offer quiet evenings and starry skies when you need it.

The healthcare community here is deeply woven into the fabric of the region. Patients recognize your face. Families remember your name. Whether you’re taking a chest X-ray in the ER or walking someone through their first mammogram, you’ll see the impact of your work firsthand — not months later in a chart, but in real time, in real ways.

Just minutes from your shift, you might find yourself kayaking across still water, hiking along a wooded ridge, or picking apples with your family at a local orchard. And when winter settles in, the town comes alive with light parades, skating trails, and a sense of warmth that runs deeper than the snow is high.

It’s an area that blends the best of both worlds — proximity to urban excitement with the ease and affordability of small-town living. You’ll find excellent public schools, charming main streets, and a local arts scene that punches well above its weight. With no shortage of nature, nourishment, and neighborly connection, it’s a place that doesn’t just support your career — it enriches your life.

What You’ll Be a Part Of

You’ll work with a collaborative imaging team that’s committed to both high-quality diagnostics and meaningful patient care. From day one, you’ll be supported by colleagues who respect your expertise, value your perspective, and share your commitment to accuracy, empathy, and excellence. Whether you’re honing a new skill, cross-training across modalities, or mentoring the next generation of techs, your growth will be our priority.

Our radiology department combines cutting-edge equipment with a culture that puts people first. We believe that when caregivers are cared for, patients feel it — and that’s what makes all the difference.

Let’s Build a Career — and a Life — That Matters

If you’re ready to bring your skills to a place where the job feels purposeful and the setting feels like home, we’d love to meet you. Apply today to become part of a region — and a team — that brings clarity, connection, and compassion to every image we take.
