Position Summary:

MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist to join our client’s dynamic team. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a vital role in the healthcare facility by performing various laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to accurate and timely patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
• Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reporting any abnormal findings to healthcare providers promptly.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Adhere to established protocols, quality control measures, and safety standards in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) by a recognized accrediting agency is preferred.
• Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
