Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient and recommending an appropriate treatment plan.
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Teaching and counseling patients/families.

Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:

• Valid CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification.
• Experience in respiratory care, with strong knowledge of respiratory therapy protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work night and day shifts as required.
