Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patient health conditions and provide individualized care based on clinical needs.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and potential side effects.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide patient and family education on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Adhere to established protocols and safety procedures to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest nursing practices and innovations.
