Responsibilities:

- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and healthcare regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, providing guidance on healthcare plans, retirement options, and other employee perks.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement effective performance management strategies, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Generate regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
- Thorough understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
