Position Overview: As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to individuals and families in our rural community. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Valid state nursing license
• Experience in a rural healthcare setting is preferred
