Physical Therapist Assistant - Fulltime

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients as prescribed by the physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust exercises as needed under the guidance of the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, safety techniques, and overall wellness strategies.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Positions Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Michigan.
• Experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference in patients' lives.
