Plant and Facilities Tech (full-time) in the Grosse Pointe, MI area.

What the work involves:

• Maintains and install pneumatic or DDC controls (Energy Management) on mechanical equipment/systems.
• Maintains air filter equipment/systems.
• Analyzes, configures, modifies, repairs, and installs industrial, signaling, medical, communication, HVAC DDC/pneumatic controls, data processing, and other electronic equipment systems as required.
• Starts, stops, and/or regulates mechanical equipment/systems to maintain pressures, temperatures, and flows as required.
• Reads and records data from Hospital and Offsite facilities mechanical systems.
• Reads, interprets, updates, and records operating and maintenance work orders, blueprints, wiring diagrams and sketches.
