Radiology Technologist ā Full Time
As a Rad Tech, you will be a licensed professional responsible for operating medical imaging equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures that assist in patient diagnosis and care. Your role is crucial in helping physicians interpret imaging results to ensure the best possible care for patients.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Work closely with physicians and specialists to provide accurate insights and recommendations for patient care.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, ensuring proper protocols are followed and radiation safety measures are in place.
- Assist in implementing best practices to ensure the highest standard of imaging quality for patient diagnosis.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Radiology.
- Active Michigan State licensure.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Experience in multiple radiologic modalities is strongly preferred.
