Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time
Position Summary:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor respiratory therapy treatments for patients of all ages
- Assist with ventilator management and emergency interventions
- Perform diagnostic testing such as ABGs and pulmonary function tests
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient records
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure equipment is functioning properly
Qualifications and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you should graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with current licensure (or eligibility) as a Respiratory Therapist in Michigan. One year of experience is preferred, but we welcome new graduates with strong clinical training. BLS certification and ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications may be needed depending on the patient population served. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-focused mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
