MLee Healthcare has been engaged by a critical access hospital in a scenic and beautiful city in Northern Main that is seeking a dedicated Medical Lab Technician to join their team.

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications for a Medical Lab Technician:
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred.
- ASCP Certification preferred.
- Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
Responsibilities for a Medical Lab Technician:
- Perform quality control checks and ensure accuracy and precision of test results.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of a medical technologist or laboratory manager.
- Prepare specimens for analysis, including blood samples, urine, and other bodily fluids.
