Description:

As a Radiology Manager, your central goal will be to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality patient care. In addition to general radiologic care, responsibilities of a Radiology Manager include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for direction and day-to-day management of patient care in the Radiology / Diagnostic Imaging department.
• Manages/Directs staff members, and consults with staff, physicians, and Director of Radiology on any issues and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.
• Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Ensures that the Radiology department and its staff are equipped with an environment conducive to the standards of the facility. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• ARRT Certification
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
