MLee Healthcare recruiting is seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join a local hospital team in Maryland.


Requirements:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT certification in CT
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with radiation safety procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostic CT scans using advanced imaging equipment
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort and safety
- Review patient medical history and assess the appropriateness of imaging orders
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
- Ensure that imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Follow radiation safety procedures and protocols to minimize patient and staff exposure
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging files
- Provide patient education on imaging procedures and answer questions about the process.
