• ASCP (MLS) or ASCP (MLT) certification, or AMT certification required.
• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the medical team and ensure the highest standard of care.
