Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room / Full Time

MLR is looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a dedicated healthcare team in Delaware. As an Emergency Room RN, you will evaluate, plan, and deliver patient care following established protocols. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care and offer clinical guidance to junior nurses, fostering their development. The ideal candidate performs well under pressure, excels in quick patient assessments, and confidently navigates critical situations.

Pay:

Qualifications:

• Delaware State Nursing License or Compact Nursing License.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Diploma.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification from AHA required.
• One (1) year of nursing experience preferred, though new grads are welcome to apply.
