ARDMS Ultrasound Technologist
Schedule: Weekdays | Full Time | NO Weekends

Sonographers Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, and vascular studies.
- Operate ultrasound equipment with proficiency, ensuring high-quality imaging and accurate results.
- Assess and evaluate images to identify abnormalities and communicate findings to physicians and healthcare providers.
- Provide patient education and support, ensuring patients understand the procedure and are comfortable throughout the process.
- Prepare and maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with medical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and contribute to diagnostic decisions.
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and departmental procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Ultrasound Tech Qualifications:
- Previous hospital experience necessary
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hospital setting
- ARDMS certification required
- Associates Degree from an accredited ultrasound program or ARDMS eligible
- BLS
