Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate and guide patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise routines.
• Accurately document patient progress and ensure medical records are kept up to date in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Epic experience needed.
• Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
