Weekend Group Therapist (State Licensure Required) (part-time) in the Haverhill, MA area.

Employer type: Inpatient psychiatric and addiction treatment.

What the work involves:

• Collaborate with nursing staff and treatment teams to promote patients' treatment and recovery
• Responsible for performing necessary documentation, developing and facilitating groups, performing departmental support tasks, and assisting with patient related activities under the supervision of licensed staff
• Responsible for formulating short term goals and interventions for patients based on the results of Therapeutic Admissions Assessment, and consistent with established long term goals
• Report and document any changes observed in condition, mood, affect and/or behavior of patients
• Education and Licensure: COTA, OT, LMHC, LCSW, LADC 1, or LICSW required
• $28 - $41/hour depending on licensure and years of experience
