Your Day-to-Day:

Before the first patient is wheeled into the OR, you’ve already been at work. You’re the one ensuring instruments are sterilized, equipment is functioning, and every detail of the surgical setup is exactly right.

Once the operation begins, you’re the quiet presence at the surgeon’s side—anticipating needs, passing tools, maintaining sterile conditions, and keeping calm even when the unexpected arises.

After the final suture, you’re helping clean and reset, prepping the space for the next case, and ensuring that every piece of equipment is ready to do it all again. Your work may be behind the scenes, but without it, surgery doesn’t happen.

Who You Are:

• A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• A Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA (or able to obtain)
• BLS-certified
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and cool under pressure
• Comfortable with surgical instruments, sterile fields, and infection control
• A team player with great communication skills
• Experienced in the OR—or a new grad ready to learn and grow
