Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in inpatient or outpatient environments and craft tailored treatment plans

• Educate patients and families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge details, and home exercise strategies
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in line with facility and regulatory guidelines
• Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to guarantee seamless care delivery

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or accredited equivalent degree

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
