Bring Your Skills to a City Where Heart and Heritage Go Hand in Hand

If you’re a licensed Respiratory Therapist looking to make a meaningful difference while working alongside a tight-knit, mission-driven team, this could be exactly what you’re looking for. Whether you’re an experienced RRT or a recent grad ready to put your training to work, here you’ll be supported, challenged, and valued for what you bring — both clinically and personally.

You’ll join a group that believes excellent care doesn’t just happen in the ICU — it happens in every thoughtful interaction, every well-calibrated machine, and every carefully tailored treatment plan. This is your chance to work with modern tools, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and have a direct hand in helping patients breathe easier and live better. And the best part? You’ll do all this in a community that welcomes you like family and reminds you why you chose healthcare in the first place.

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

As a full-time Respiratory Therapist, you’ll assess patients with a range of conditions — from chronic illnesses to urgent respiratory events — and you’ll craft care plans that respond to each patient’s unique needs. You’ll administer therapies including oxygen, nebulization, and ventilation support, while also managing equipment, educating families, and adjusting treatments based on real-time outcomes. Your work will connect you to patients during some of their most vulnerable moments, and your skill and compassion will be critical to their recovery journey.

Why This Role — and This Place — Matter

Here, you’re not just another badge in the hallway. You’re a vital member of a care team that values ideas, encourages growth, and leans into innovation — all while staying grounded in trust and connection. We believe in mentorship, professional development, and giving you space to lead if that’s your path. And while the work is serious, the culture is welcoming, lighthearted, and deeply team-oriented.

This community is something special. Set along a bayou in northern Louisiana, it’s the kind of place where local flavor and outdoor living go hand in hand. You’ll find everything from kayaking and fishing on the Ouachita River to neighborhood cookouts and seasonal festivals. The Delta region roots run deep here — with a soulful mix of heritage, hospitality, and pride that shows up in the food, the music, and the way people look out for one another.

Bring Your Passion, We’ll Bring the Support

You’ll need to be a licensed Respiratory Therapist in Louisiana, and ideally certified as an RRT. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is helpful, but if you’re a new grad with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn, we’re ready to support you. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, and NRP is preferred. More than anything, we’re looking for someone with sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and a calm, steady presence — especially when things get busy.

Let’s Get Started

If you’re looking for a role where your work is seen, your growth is supported, and your presence matters, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and help us deliver care with heart in a community that knows what connection is all about.
