McCall & Lee have been engaged by our Southern state client to find a hard-working and knowledgeable Director of plant/security. Also, strive to grow the facilities team with great leadership and a Positive Attitude.

Activities Duties:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director Plant Operations will oversee all facility services
•
The Director Plant Operations will work collaboratively with leadership and will ensure all departmental operations run efficiently and effectively
•
The Director Plant Operations will manage fiscal responsibilities and ensure budget goals are met
•
The Director Plant Operations is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff

Qualfications:

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred. Five (5) years' experience as Plant Operations Director in an acute hospital setting required; must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Safety, Engineering and Building Codes and have a proven track record implementing and designing environment of care, Joint Commission compliance and emergency management process.
