Qualifications:
• CT / X-Ray Tech Certification
• ARRT required
• 3+ years of experience required
• BLS Certification required
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality radiographic and cardiac imaging procedures using X-ray equipment in various medical facilities.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
- Assess patients' medical histories, symptoms, and specific imaging requirements to determine the appropriate imaging techniques.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, adhering to all radiation safety guidelines.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Document patient information, imaging findings, and any other relevant data in electronic medical records.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
