ASCP - Medical Laboratory Techinican

ASCP: Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Work Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lab Testing: Perform diagnostic tests and analyses to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Result Processing: Ensure test results are delivered accurately and promptly.
• Equipment Management: Maintain laboratory equipment in optimal condition, adhering to all safety and quality protocols.
• Collaborative Work: Coordinate with healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must possess MT or MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent).
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to work independently with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care.
