If you’re just starting out as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), this role offers the perfect mix of support, growth, and meaningful work. To thrive in this role, you’ll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you’re already certified through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized organization—great. If you’re eligible and working toward certification, that’s completely fine too. What we’re really looking for is someone who’s detail-oriented, communicative, and excited to be part of a team that values learning and care in equal measure.
