About the Position:

As one of the largest Healthcare jobs placement agencies in the U.S., we have been partnering with Nurses for more than 20 years. We’re now seeking Operating Room RNs for openings at a hospital near New Orleans, Louisiana. Our goal is to help open a range of options for our nurses so they can choose the assignments that fit their goals and lifestyle best.

Contract Details:

  • Date Range: Start anywhere from end of February - Early/Mid March
  • Shift: Days/Nights available
  • $80/HR - $100/HR
  • Pay: $2,880 - $3,600 per week
  • Length of Contract: 13 weeks


Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates the knowledge and judgment needed to utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate each patient’s nursing care.
  • Demonstrates respect for the rights of all patients and provides considerate, respectful care focused on each patient’s individual needs.
  • Provides a safe environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
  • Demonstrates a leadership role through clinical practice, supervision and teaching.
  • Demonstrates competent clinical and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months as RN. .

License:

  • Have a current license issued by the State of Louisiana to practice as a registered nurse.
  • BLS/ACLS
