We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Physical Therapist. You will perform direct patient care including evaluation, plan of care, treatment, & all required paperwork. Work with patients in a one-on-one environment, alongside the director of therapy. Patient care will be provided to patients in an acute care setting, critical access hospital & outpatient.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
  • Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing education and support.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana.
  • Proficient in evaluating and treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to continuing education and staying updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy.
