MLee Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an established hospital just South of Louisville, Kentucky.

A Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulation of treatment plan and goals, and administration of physical therapy treatments. The Physical Therapist shall be active in both inpatient and outpatient services and shall interact with all hospital departments and medical staff.

Job Type:

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the APTA.
• Experience: all applicants will be considered

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of Kentucky as a physical therapist.
• BLS Certification required.
