Job Description:

As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in the administration of anesthesia during surgical and medical procedures. You will work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

CRNA Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• CRNA certification from an accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years RN experience OR 1 years CRNA experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
• Advanced knowledge of anesthesia principles and techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

CRNA Responsibilities:

• Administer safe and effective anesthesia during surgical procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, anesthesia depth, and patient responses throughout surgery.
• Manage post-anesthetic care, addressing pain and complications.
• Participate in on-call schedules as required.
