**Relocation Assistance Available**

Job Summary:Performs diagnostic Ultrasound examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician, along with: TEE, EEG, EKG's, Stress Tests, EECP, ICG and ambulatory monitoring. The technologist effectively operates ultrasound equipment to produce quality images in a variety of settings. The echo technologist explains procedures and answers questions for the patient and exhibits superior levels of customer service. The echo technologist adjusts equipment controls to set proper protocol based on knowledge of the procedure and established guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in adult cardiac and vascular sonography required.
  • RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) an RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) and an RVS (Registered Vascular Sonographer) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers are required.

License/Certifications:

  • ARDMS Certified
  • Registered in Vascular Sonography
  • BLS required.
