Registered Nurse Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional care to patients facing acute, critical, and urgent health conditions. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to acutely ill patients in various settings, including ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and more.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians.
- Manage complex patient cases, including multi-system failure, trauma, and post-surgical recovery.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Active RN license.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
