We’re hiring a full-time Clinical Laboratory Technician (MLT/CLT) to join a healthcare team that’s all about compassion, collaboration, and quality care. What You’ll Be Doing: Your work behind the scenes has a real impact on people’s lives. You’ll be collecting and analyzing patient samples — blood, urine, tissue — and running diagnostic tests that help doctors make accurate, timely treatment decisions.

You’ll also operate lab equipment, ensure results are documented correctly, and keep everything in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. It’s a role that requires precision, focus, and a whole lot of teamwork.

What You Bring:

• An associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, Clinical Lab Science, or a related field
• We welcome recent grads and students wrapping up their MLT programs
• Certification through ASCP, AMT, or equivalent is preferred (or the eligibility to obtain it)
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a team-first mindset
• Comfort using computers for data entry and lab reporting
