You will also maintain accurate documentation, assist with specimen processing, and stay current with industry practices through professional development.

Med Tech Qualifications

• Certification: ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist (MLT / MLS) required.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and result interpretation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
