Join Our Occupational Therapy Team in Jennings, Kansas

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Jennings, Kansas. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions. By creating personalized therapy plans, you’ll help patients regain independence, improve their mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will be a key player in supporting patient recovery and promoting long-term health.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on patients’ needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and long-term care strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and effective care
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Kansas
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, treatments, and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to treat a wide range of patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
