MLT / MT Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
• Analyze and interpret test results, reporting findings to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and quality assurance standards.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is in optimal condition and troubleshoot as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

MLT / MT Requirements:

• Degree in Medical Technology (MT) or related field from an accredited institution.
• ASCP Certification required.
• Open to both new and experienced MLT/MT candidates.
• Prior hospital or clinical experience preferred.
• Proficient in performing a wide range of laboratory tests.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
