Paramedic
Schedule: 3-12 Hour Night Shifts, between 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Our Paramedics work 12-hour shifts (8 AM - 8 PM) with flexibility, so you can schedule shifts that work best for you. No set shifts are assigned, offering you more freedom in your work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care and support, using advanced techniques and equipment in various emergency situations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring equipment is properly stored, and treatment areas are well-maintained.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to drive performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
Position Requirements:
- Licensing and Certification: Must hold an Indiana State Paramedic License or National Registry Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain an unrestricted state license within 30 days of hire). Must also obtain Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 20 days of hire.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently stand, walk, talk, listen, and lift or move more than 100 pounds.
- Driver’s License: Must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the hospital’s liability insurance carrier requirements.
